Good News for Your Morning Brew: Our Prices Aren’t Budging
If you’ve been watching the news lately, you’ve likely seen a lot of talk about tariffs, trade negotiations, and rising costs at the grocery store. It seems like everything—from furniture to gas—is getting a new, higher price tag.
We have some news that we think you’ll like: Your coffee isn’t one of them.
The Tariff Update
Late last year, there was a lot of uncertainty in the coffee world and Tariffs were placed on coffee imports from major growing regions like Brazil, Vietnam, and Ethiopia. For many in our industry, this meant a potential 25% to 50% increase in the cost of raw beans.
However, recent updates from the White House have confirmed that tariffs on coffee have been rolled Back! Recognizing that coffee is a household staple that we can’t easily grow here in the U.S., these trade barriers were lifted to help keep costs down for families and small businesses like ours.
So What's The Point?
When those tariffs were first announced, many coffee shops and roasters were forced to choose between raising prices or absorbing a massive loss. We held out because we didn't want to pass those costs on to you.
Now that the tariff pressure has cleared, we are thrilled to confirm:
-
No Price Hikes: The price of your favorite bag of beans and your morning Cup of Deliciousness will stay exactly where it is.
-
Quality Remains First: We don’t have to cut corners or switch to lower-quality beans to save money.
-
Focus on the Farm: This change also helps our partners at the origin, ensuring that trade remains open and fair for the farmers who grow the beans we love.
