At Spearfish Coffee Roasters, we believe fresh coffee is the best coffee. Because of that, we roast most orders after they are placed rather than pulling coffee from warehouse inventory.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are roasted, packed, and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
We typically roast coffee Monday through Thursday so your coffee doesn't spend unnecessary time sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend.
During holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping carrier. While we do our best to process orders quickly, Spearfish Coffee Roasters cannot guarantee carrier delivery times.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery in select areas of the Black Hills.
Local deliveries are typically made on Fridays. Delivery schedules may occasionally change due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances.
