At Spearfish Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your coffee. If there's a problem with your order, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Because coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect order, contact us as soon as possible at howdy@spearfishcoffeeroasters.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened coffee products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or sale items
• Perishable food products unless damaged or defective
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. In most cases, the fastest option is to return the approved item and place a new order for the desired product.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at howdy@spearfishcoffeeroasters.com.
