Orders may be canceled prior to roasting and shipment. Because most coffee is roasted to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests once roasting has begun or an order has been shipped.

Subscription orders may be canceled or modified at any time through the customer subscription portal or by contacting us directly. Changes must be made before the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming shipment.

Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice.
