The Story Behind This Coffee
This coffee is sourced from Farm Acodihue in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, one of the country's most celebrated coffee-growing areas.
Grown at elevations between 1400 and 2200 meters above sea level, these high-altitude Arabica beans mature slowly, allowing complex flavors and bright acidity to develop naturally.
After harvest, the coffee undergoes a washed processing method, helping create the clean, vibrant cup profile that makes Guatemalan coffee a favorite among specialty coffee drinkers worldwide.
Known throughout the roastery as our "Everyday Drinker," this coffee has become a customer favorite across nearly every brewing method.
