This single-origin coffee comes from the Chiapas region of Mexico and is sourced through the CESMACH Cooperative.

Grown between 1200 and 1750 meters above sea level, these coffees benefit from high-altitude growing conditions that encourage slower cherry development and increased complexity in the cup.

The washed processing method highlights clarity, brightness, and the natural citrus character of the coffee while preserving a smooth finish and clean overall profile.

This light roast is designed to showcase the terroir and unique characteristics that make Chiapas one of Mexico's most respected coffee-growing regions.
