The Story Behind This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Chiapas region of Mexico and is sourced through the CESMACH Cooperative.

Grown between 1200 and 1750 meters above sea level, these Arabica coffees benefit from mountain-grown conditions that encourage steady cherry development and balanced flavor.

After harvest, the coffee is washed processed, helping maintain clarity and sweetness while supporting the coffee's naturally rich body.

The result is a versatile medium-dark roast that appeals to coffee drinkers seeking a bold flavor profile without excessive bitterness.
