The Story Behind This Coffee
This coffee comes from the Cajamarca region of Peru, one of the country's most respected coffee-growing areas.
Grown at elevations between 1600 and 1900 meters above sea level, these high-altitude coffees benefit from cool temperatures and slow cherry maturation, helping develop complexity and balance in the cup.
After harvest, the coffee is washed processed to highlight clarity, sweetness, and a clean finish. The result is a medium roast that combines richness and aroma with an approachable body and exceptional drinkability.
