Created as Spearfish Coffee Roasters' fourth May the 4th limited release, The Dark Side Blend brings together two distinctive origins to create a coffee worthy of its name.
The foundation begins with Mexican coffee, contributing dark chocolate sweetness, roasted nut character, and structure. Papua New Guinea coffee adds earthy spice, depth, and complexity, creating a blend that is both bold and surprisingly balanced.
Roasted dark to emphasize body and richness, this blend was designed for coffee drinkers who enjoy full-flavored cups with a lingering finish.
